|2 c.||Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake & waffle mix|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee yellow corn meal|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk|
|10||hot dogs, fully cooked, pork or beef|

Insert wooden sticks in hot dogs; set aside.
Combine pancake & waffle mix, corn meal and salt. Stir in milk. Dip each hot dog in batter; coat well. Immediately place into preheated oil. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (165 degrees). Drain on a paper towel lined plate and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
