    2 (0.7-oz.) squares Zöet premium Belgian white chocolate bar
    1 Hy-Vee jumbo marshmallow, toasted
    ¼ c. Maud Borup Cotton Candy Layer Cake

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Campfire metal toasting/roasting fork

    Directions

    1. Microwave 1 cookie on HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds or just until glaze is softened. Sprinkle glaze with rainbow sprinkles, if desired.

    2. Layer white chocolate, marshmallow and cotton candy on unfrosted side of remaining cookie. Top with sprinkled cookie, sprinkle side up. Serve immediately.
