Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, water, mustard, and chili seasoning in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat stirring often and breaking up large pieces of ground beef. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink (165 degrees). Remove cover and simmer 15 minutes more or until sauce has thickened.
