Chocolate-Dipped Orange Slices
Instead of strawberries, try dark chocolate-covered orange slices. It's a dessert you can feel good about.
Servings and Ingredients
|1||to 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned|
|Coarse salt, optional|
- Melt chocolate in microwave on LOW or in a double boiler on stove top stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
- Lay out a sheet of waxed paper on work surface.
- Dip each orange segment into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper and immediately top with salt if desired.
- Continue dipping until all segments are covered with chocolate and allow to cool until chocolate is set.
