|1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup|
|2 c. frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables, thawed|
|1 c. cooked, cubed chicken breast|
|½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, stir together soup, vegetables and chicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
