    1 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. minced garlic
    2 tbsp. Cajun's Choice blackened seasoning
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    white vermouth
    4 (6 oz to 8 oz each) boneless, skinless salmon fillets
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, blackened seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice and vermouth for use as a baste.
    2. Thoroughly coat both sides of the salmon fillets with the basting sauce.
    3. Place salmon skin-side-up on the grill.
    4. Cook over medium-high heat, brushing often with baste.
    5. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side, turning salmon once, until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. or salmon flakes easily with a fork.
    6. Garnish with cilantro.
