Midwest Heritage Acquires L&K Insurance

WEST DES MOINES, IA -- Midwest Heritage Bank, a Hy-Vee Company, is proud to announce the acquisition of L & K Insurance Center, located in Chariton, IA.
L & K Insurance is a full-line independent insurance agency that administers the Hy-Vee Elective Benefits program for Hy-Vee, Inc. The relationship between Hy-Vee and L&K dates back more than 40 years. In addition to specializing in employee worksite benefits and administering the Hy-Vee Elective Benefits program, L&K also offers a full range of consumer products, including life/health, auto/homeowners and commercial insurance services.
L & K Insurance has 13 employees, all of whom are being retained by Midwest Heritage Bank. The name of the agency will change from L & K Insurance to Midwest Heritage Insurance Services.
