Chef Tracy Klostermeyer began working in the kitchen of her hometown restaurant at age 16 and realized early that she had a love for food and service. Inspired by her family & friends, she quickly learned that her passion centered on high quality standards and creative cuisine.

While attending culinary school Tracy did her internship at the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia. After graduating in 1994 from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Tracy worked her way up through the ranks with the Aramark Corporation and holding chef positions with two colleges, Ford Motor Company and Travelers Insurance Company.  Tracy then moved into the healthcare field as the director of foodservices.

Tracy is currently the chef at the Hilltop Hy-Vee store in Mankato, Minnesota.  She is becoming known for her creative menu ideas and her homemade, fully cooked entrees. They are chilled and available for purchase in the kitchen.

Tracy has had a twenty-year career in the foodservice industry.  She works with a great deal of energy and has an absolute love for her profession.  Tracy is client-centered and is determined to provide a consistent and memorable experience, every time.

Edi CucurulloChef Edi Cucurullo is from Positano, Italy, where his love for Italian food and seafood started. Edi’s inspiration for cooking stemmed from watching his grandmother cook while growing up. “She was a brilliant chef!” Edi studied at Associazione Italiana Sommelier and has 20 years’ experience working in restaurants and studying food and wine pairings. In his free time Edi loves gardening, walking on trails with his wife, reading about food and wine, and being a father to his son Vincenzo.

Every week, you can find Chef Edi at the seafood and meat service cases helping customers and sharing his knowledge. Chef Edi is also stationed at the Chef’s Grill on the weekends demoing and sharing his famous recipes, including our Hy-Vee Thyme program. Chef Edi also teams up with our Cheese and Charcuterie specialists for monthly classes!
