Chef Karel graduated from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, with a degree in culinary arts.  Chef Karel also has diplomas in hotel-restaurant management as well as beverage-bar management.  During college, Chef Karel was a member of the culinary arts club, and worked at a local butcher shop.  Chef Karel’s experience of working at the butcher shop gives him an in-depth knowledge base for making perfect dishes with proteins.   After college, Chef Karel worked as a line cook, a sous chef and as the executive chef at an upscale country club.  We are happy to have Chef Karel on our team!  Be sure to check out one of his cooking classes, pick up one of his delicious meals-to-go, or simply stop in to ask him any questions on how to make the perfect dish.
