Noelle Mennen, MS, RD, LD received her Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics from College of the Ozarks, Missouri, she then went on to complete her dietetic internship and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Missouri State University.
Prior to joining the KC RD team, Noelle had experience as an inpatient clinical dietitian where she worked with a wide variety of disease states and patient populations, as well as working as a specialized allergy and food intolerances cook. She finds joy in watching clients come to a new understanding of nutrition and in impowering them to handle their own nutrition needs. Noelle has many interests but specifically she enjoys talking about allergies, gut health, and hormones for women’s health and families as they make lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life.
