Meet our chefs:

Mark A Prece, CEC, AAC

Mark has been a member of the Kansas City chapter of the American Culinary Federation for 28 years and is a certified executive chef. Mark was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs in 2009 and was also selected as Kansas City's Chef of the Year in 2006. His passion is in the preparation of Italian food simply presented with incredible sauces and plate presentations.

Jon Reith

Jon has been cooking professionally for more than 24 years and has served as an executive chef for 17 years in corporate services and higher education food services. He is a native of the Northland and completed his culinary training at Johnson County Community College. He loves the challenge of adapting recipes to suit taste palates and special diets.
