Kent Morris, Chef – Meat & Seafood Department

Chef Kent Morris is new to Hy-Vee starting with over 10 years of experience in seafood. After spending much of his career in production agriculture, he left to pursue his passion with food. He attended Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he graduated with honors. After graduation, he has concentrated his talents on seafood. Kent will be happy to share his knowledge of proper seafood preparation with all his customers.
