Paul Santaularia

Paul Santaularia is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Educator through the American Culinary Federation.   Paul is a 1985 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in vocational-technical education from Pittsburg State University in 2010 and is currently pursuing a Certified Dietary Manager’s certificate.  Chef Paul spent the last 23 years instructing culinary arts at the Northland Career Center in Platte City, Missouri. He has worked in Tucson, Omaha, Dallas. Locally, he opened Deer Creek Golf Club, Costello’s Greenhouse, The Adam’s Mark and Milano.  He is an active member of the Greater Kansas City Chef’s Association, and SkillsUSA.  Most recently Chef Paul has been a game-day chef for Sporting Kansas City.  He is excited to share his teaching experiences with the Hy-Vee family.
