Make Toasted Pecans: Preheat oven to 335 degrees. Place pecans on a large baking sheet and toss with brown sugar, kosher sea salt, and cinnamon. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Set aside and cool.

Add whiskey to a large tempered cocktail glass. Using a lighter, ignite the alcohol. Add Toasted Pecans and bitters to glass and squeeze one orange peel over the flame. Stir to combine.
