2 tbsp. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt | ||
1 small to medium banana |
Directions
- Mix powdered peanut butter with Greek yogurt.
- Lay tortilla on a flat surface or plate.
- Spread peanut butter yogurt mixture evenly on the tortilla. Make sure to cover completely to the edges.
- Place banana on one side of the tortilla and roll tortilla tightly around the banana.
- Other options are cutting the wrap into 5 one-inch “sushi rolls.”
