Garlic Parsley Sauce

All You Need:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup Hy-Vee extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Hy-Vee white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

All You Do:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Serve on top of your steak.
