Chef Gerardo’s favorite foods to cook are Mexican and Italian. Most of his knowledge comes from his mother who taught him to cook as a child. His formal training helped improve his techniques and hone his skills. His vast work experience has helped Gerardo develop an unique essence for his recipes. He never wants to stop learning and experimenting with his cooking, and is always looking for ways to improve the quality of food for his customers.
