Ronald Dillavou
Prior to working for Hy-Vee, Chef Ron worked for the Sunnyside Country Club for 20 years where he served as the executive chef for seven years. During those 20 years, he started his own ice sculpture business called Chain Reaction. Ron has won many awards in ice carving. He has also taken classes at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
