- Large rimmed baking pan

Directions
- Grease a wire rack with nonstick cooking spray and place on a large rimmed baking pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil and seasoning blend in a large bowl. Place onto prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until beginning to brown. Sprinkle fries with parsley and serve with hot chile pepper sauce, if desired.
