    1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    2 c. cooked Uncle Ben's instant brown rice
    1 (11 oz) can Mexican corn with red peppers, drained
    1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. Just 2 Good Italian salad dressing
    ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
    ½ tsp. Lawry's garlic powder

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, stir together black beans, pinto beans, rice, corn, chilies, onion and celery.
    2. In a separate bowl, stir together dressing, pepper and garlic powder.
    3. Add to bean mixture and stir until coated. Cover and chill.
