    2 (1-lbs. each) containers Hy-Vee Short Cuts watermelon
    1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped, plus additional, sliced, for garnish
    ¼ c. fennel, or celery
    1 tsp. Full Circle Market light agave nectar, optional

    • 10-oz. glasses

    Directions

    1. Combine watermelon, cucumber, fennel or celery, and, if desired, agave nectar in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices, if desired.
