|1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped|
|2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped|
|½ large avocado, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped|
|¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped, plus additional for garnish|
|1 c. red cabbage, shredded|
|1 (5.3-oz) container Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt|
|½ tsp. lime zest|
|1 tbsp. lime juice|
|1 lbs. (26-to-30-ct.) raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed|
|⅓ c. Culinary Tours tequila, lime, habanero BBQ sauce|
|8 (6-inch) flour tortillas|

In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro, red cabbage, and lime juice, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime zest, and lime juice, set aside.
Place shrimp on 4 large metal skewers. Place shrimp on preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally brushing with barbecue sauce. Once shrimp are opaque, remove from grill and set aside.
Place flour tortillas on a clean work surface, layer with mango slaw, shrimp, and drizzle with lime crema, and if desired, cilantro.
