1 tsp. Hy-Vee honey
½ tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
Salad
1 (5-oz.) bag Hy-Vee spring mix
1 navel orange, sectioned
1 Cara Cara orange, sectioned
1 blood orange, sectioned
⅓ c. aged gouda cheese, shaved
3 tbsp. pistachios, shelled, salted, and chopped

Directions

  1. Make Vinaigrette: Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey mustard, honey, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper until combined. Drizzle in olive oil; whisking constantly. 

  2. Toss spring mix with half of vinaigrette in a large bowl. Arrange oranges, gouda cheese, and chopped pistachios on spring mix. Serve with additional vinaigrette. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired.
