|1 cob Hy-Vee Firecracker corn|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Short Cuts tropical pico de gallo|
|½ (13-oz.) pkg. Dole Southwestern salad kit|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Meat thermometer
Spray tilapia and corn with nonstick cooking spray and place directly onto grill racks. Grill tilapia and corn until tilapia is cooked through (145 degrees according to package directions) and corn is charred, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove tilapia and corn from grill and plate. Top tilapia with tropical pico de gallo; keep warm.
Prepare Southwestern salad kit according to package directions. Serve salad with tropical pico-topped tilapia and charred corn.
