Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
There's only six ingredients in this recipe, and you can probably guess two from the name alone. We weren't sure whether to call it a Minnesota Hot Dish or a Cowboy Casserole, so we settled for Tater Meatball Casserole.

|2||(10.5-oz.) cans cream of mushroom condensed soup|
|1||(16-oz.) bag Hy-Vee frozen cut green beans, thawed|
|1||(13-oz.) bag frozen Farm Rich homestyle meatballs, thawed|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese|
|1||(32-oz.) bag Hy-Vee frozen potato puffs|
|1||red, or green bell peppers, chopped, for garnish|

Combine condensed soup, green beans and meatballs in a large bowl; spread in prepared dish. SPrinkle with cheese; top with potato puffs.
Bake for 1 hour or until heated through (165 degrees). Garnish with chopped bell peppers, if desired.
