    1 medium banana, ripe
    1 c. fresh spinach
    ½ c. coconut water
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    ½ c. crushed ice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey

    1. Combine coconut yogurt, banana, spinach, coconut water, lemon juice, ice, and yogurt in a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
