Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring granulated sugar and water to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cranberries.

  2. Refrigerate cranberries until cool; drain.

  3. Toss berries with superfine sugar. Transfer berries to wax paper and dry completely.
