    It's more of a holiday dessert than a cocktail, but we're okay with that.

    		2 c. (five scoops) Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream
    		1 oz. RumChata
    		1 oz. Mount Gay Barbados rum, Eclipse
    		Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
    		Star anise, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place ice cream and rum in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a star anise.
