Snowdrift Ice Cream Cocktail
It's more of a holiday dessert than a cocktail, but we're okay with that.
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. (five scoops) Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream|
|1 oz. RumChata|
|1 oz. Mount Gay Barbados rum, Eclipse|
|Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish|
|Star anise, for garnish|
- Place ice cream and rum in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a star anise.
