Place charcoal ice cubes, frozen cherries, cherry drink mix, sugar, and remaining 1 cup charcoal water in a blender. Cover and blend until combined and slushy.
Pour immediately into 2 (12-oz. each) glasses. Garnish with skeleton shaped charcoal ice cubes, if desired.
