A classic sandwich, but as a slider! Here's a hint: use your leftover Instant Pot Corned Beef.
Servings and Ingredients
|12 oz. Instant Pot Corned Beef, or Di Lusso corned beef|
|1 (15-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee Hy-Waiian rolls|
|⅓ c. Wish-Bone Thousand Island dressing|
|12 (3-1/2-inch square) slices Di Lusso sliced Swiss cheese, divided|
|1 c. Flanagan Krrrrrisp Kraut, squeezed dry|
|¼ c. Kerrygold Irish butter, melted|
|2 tsp. Beaver Dijon mustard|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder|
|Whole caraway seeds, for garnish|

- 13x9-inch baking dish
- Parchment paper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, extending the paper over short edges of baking dish. Set aside.
Separate attached rolls horizontally. Place bottom portion in prepared baking dish. Spread with Thousand Island dressing. Layer 6 cheese slices, sauerkraut, sliced corn beef, and remaining 6 cheese slices. Place top portion of rolls on top.
Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and garlic and onion powders; brush on roll tops. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, if desired. Cover with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. use parchment paper to lift sandwiches from dish. Cut rolls along seams to serve.
