Add juice and agave nectar to a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Gently boil for 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup and has syrupy consistency. Cool for 10 minutes. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
To create a rainbow snow cone effect, reduce all four fruit juices in separate batches as directed. Add 1 tablespoon of each fruit juice to the ice.
