    You can make one, two, three, four, or more mug cakes. So grab a mug, or better yet, nine—that's how many you'll get if you use the whole box of cake mix.

    Directions

    1. Spray a 16-ounce microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. Add cake mix, oil and water; mix thoroughly. Add egg and mix well.

    3. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.

    4. Top with frosting and sprinkles, if desired.
