    Directions

    1. Beat heavy whipping cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer on HIGH until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and raspberry-flavored Jell-O. 

    2. Pour mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm.
