Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees according to manufacturer's directions.
Extra-crispy chicken tenders are coated with dry Ramen noodles and air-fried. YUM.
Servings and Ingredients
|2||(3-oz. each) pkgs. chili-flavor Ramen noodles, dry, crushed|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|2||Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten|
|1 lbs.||Hy-Vee True chicken breast tenders|
|Fresh parsley, for garnish|
|Lemon wedges, for garnish|

- 3 bowls
- Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
- Meat thermometer
Add crushed dry un-seasoned ramen noodles into a bowl. Add flour to another bowl, and beaten eggs to a third bowl. Rub ramen seasoning on chicken. Dip chicken in flour, then dip into egg mixture and immediately into ramen. Spray coated chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
Air-fry in batches for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees). Garnish with Italian parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
