    We thought we tried almost every way to eat rotisserie chicken until it dawned on us. Buffalo sauce!

    Round out these easy sandwiches with broccoli salad from the deli and dinner is served.

    ½ c.Hy-Vee big bad buffalo wing sauce
    4Hy-Vee Bakery whole wheat hamburger buns

    Directions

    1. Place rotisserie chicken and buffalo sauce in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, about 5 to 7 minutes. 

    2. Remove chicken from skillet and place on bottom of hamburger bun. Top with bun and skewer with a toothpick, if desired. Serve broccoli salad alongside sandwiches.
