Directions
Combine chicken and peanut sauce in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture on chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with carrots, green onions, and cucumber. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce and sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
