    1 c. Full Circle Market canned organic 100% pure puréed pumpkin
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    Desired toppers, such as: coconut chips, chopped almonds, chopped apple, roasted & unsalted pepitas, and/or orange zest

    Directions

    1. Place frozen banana slices, pumpkin, milk, honey, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. 

    2. Divide between 2 (10-oz.) serving bowls. Garnish with desired toppers, such as coconut chips, chopped almonds, chopped apple, pepitas, and/or orange zest.
