Directions

  1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, apple juice, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook over medium-low heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes stirring frequently.

  2. Remove from heat and cool 30 minutes. Transfer to clean jars. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 1 month.
