    1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
    1 (5.3-oz.) container Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
    ½ c. pineapple juice

    Directions

    1. Place pineapple, mango, banana, and ground flaxseed in a pint-size resealable plastic bag. Keep frozen until ready to blend.
