Description

If you like pina coladas... you're going to love our slushy take for our version of nonalcoholic Pineapple Coladas. For an cocktail version, substitute white rum for the pineapple juice.

½ c.Hy-Vee 100% no-sugar-added pineapple juice
¼ c.sweetened cream of coconut
2 tsp.unsweetened coconut chips, toasted
4Hy-Vee Short Cuts pineapple chunks, for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine ice, frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a blender. Cover and blend until slushy. Divide mixture among 4 (8-oz. each) glasses.

  2. Sprinkle coconut chips on top. Skewer fresh pineapple chunks and mint for garnish, if desired.
