1(0.6-lb.) container Hy-Vee Short Cuts broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 tbsp.water
2(8-oz. each) beef tenderloin steaks
1 tbsp.salt-free steak seasoning, such as Mrs. Dash brand
2 tbsp.Gustare Vita olive oil, divided
Hy-Vee salt
Hy-Vee ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut Short Cuts broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots into bite-size pieces. Place in microwave-safe bowl; add 1 tablespoon water. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 2 minutes; drain vegetables and set aside.

  2. Rub steaks with seasoning; thinly slice steak into bite-size strips. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak in hot oil until desired doneness; remove steak from skillet.

  3. Add remaining olive oil to skillet. Add vegetables; cook and stir for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return steak to skillet; heat through. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
