Servings and Ingredients
|1 (2 lb) salmon fillet|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt|
|1/4 to 1/2 tsp freshly ground Hy-Vee pepper|
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place salmon, skin-side-down, on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast salmon for 15 to 17 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
