Separate chocolate wafers and crème centers from Oreo cookies. Place chocolate wafers in a food process and pulse to form fine crumbs. Place crème centers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted and smooth.

|2 oz. Patron XO café liqueur|
|1 oz. clear chocolate vodka|
|1 oz. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream|
|Hy-Vee aerosol whipped cream, for garnish|
|1 whole Oreo chocolate cookie, for garnish|

Run the rim of a martini glass in the melted Oreo crème and immediately dip into crushed chocolate wafers. Place additional crushed chocolate wafers in the bottom of the martini glass. Set aside.
Place café liqueur, chocolate vodka, and heavy whipping cream into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well combined and chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and an additional Oreo cookie. Serve immediately.
