3large zucchini, sliced
3medium red peppers, sliced
1large red onion, sliced
Hy-Vee salt, to taste
Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place sliced Polish sausage, potatoes, zucchini, red pepper and red onion in aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and seal shut.
  2. Cook on the oven shelf of a grill at medium-high temperature for about 30 minutes.
