    1 ¼ c.Hy-Vee buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
    1 c.water
    4 tbsp.Nutella hazelnut spread, divided
    1medium banana, peeled and cut into slices
    Hy-Vee original pancake and waffle syrup, for serving

    • Medium bowl

    Directions

    1. Spray a griddle or heavy skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat.

    2. Whisk together pancake and waffle mix and water in a medium bowl until just combined.

    3. Add 1/4 cup batter to skillet for each pancake. Immediately add 1 tablespoon Nutella spread to center of batter. Spoon 2 tablespoons more pancake batter over Nutella spread, covering completely.

    4. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown. Serve warm topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
