|1 ¼ c.||Hy-Vee buttermilk pancake and waffle mix|
|4 tbsp.||Nutella hazelnut spread, divided|
|1||medium banana, peeled and cut into slices|
|Hy-Vee original pancake and waffle syrup, for serving|

- Griddle or heavy skillet
- Medium bowl
Whisk together pancake and waffle mix and water in a medium bowl until just combined.
Add 1/4 cup batter to skillet for each pancake. Immediately add 1 tablespoon Nutella spread to center of batter. Spoon 2 tablespoons more pancake batter over Nutella spread, covering completely.
Heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown. Serve warm topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
