    This super easy dough has everything going for it. Whip it up in just 5 minutes—no rise time required. It yields a tender crust with a slightly crisp exterior. Use the dough to make bread sticks or a dessert pizza.

    1 2 tbsp. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    1 ½ c.self-rising flour

    1. Combine yogurt and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl. Stir in as much of the self-rising flour as you can with a wooden spoon.

      If you don’t have self-rising flour, substitute with a mixture of ½ cup Hy-Vee all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon Hy-Vee baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.

    2. Working with your hands, form mixture into a ball. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to desired shape and thickness. Place onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    3. Top with your favorite cheese and toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
