Is there anything better than biscuits stuffed with ooey-gooey mozzarella cheese? We don't think so.

|2 (7.5-oz.) pkgs. Hy-Vee buttermilk biscuits|
|5 oz. BelGioioso marinated mozzarella white truffle braid|
|40 slice(s) La Quercia salami|
|Hy-Vee Italian seasoning|
|Classico pasta sauce, for serving|
|Hy-Vee Alfredo sauce, for serving|

Open buttermilk biscuits and separate biscuits. Cut marinated mozzarella into 20 cubes. Wrap each biscuit dough portion around a cheese cube and add 2 thin slices salami to each biscuit. Pinch ends together to seal. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place mozzarella bombs on prepared baking sheet 1-inch apart. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Classico pasta sauce or Hy-Vee Alfredo sauce, if desired.
