Minted Peach and Cherry Salad
What's the diff between white peaches and yellow peaches? Taste-wise, white peaches are less acidic and have a sweeter, more floral flavor. Either works in this salad, but if you spot the white ones, give them a try.
Servings and Ingredients
|2 white flesh peaches, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces|
|1 ½ c. halved pitted fresh cherries|
|¼ c. finely chopped red onion|
|2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint|
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches, cherries, red onion and mint. Refrigerate before serving.
