2 mini cucumbers, halved lengthwise
12 baby-cut carrots
12 Basket & Bushel sugar snap peas
½ yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
Hy-Vee ranch dip mix, for serving

Directions

  1. Divide and spoon hummus into 4 (9-oz.) Simply Done clear plastic cups.

  2. Thread 4 cherry tomatoes onto each of 4 (4-in.) wooden or bamboo sandwich picks. Add tomato skewers, cucumber halves, carrots, sugar snap peas and bell pepper strips to each cup. Lightly sprinkle each with ranch dip mix, if desired.
