Mini Broccoli Pizzas
When broccoli is this cute, it's hard for kids to turn down. But if they still refuse, the good news is it's easy to customize.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (10 oz) tube Hy-Vee pizza crust|
|12 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepperoni, chopped|
|¾ c. chopped fresh broccoli florets|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll pizza crust dough and cut into 12 sections. Shape each section into round crusts, flattening slightly, and place on baking pan. Top crusts with pepperoni, broccoli and cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden.
