Mini Broccoli Pizzas

Description
When broccoli is this cute, it's hard for kids to turn down. But if they still refuse, the good news is it's easy to customize.

1 (10 oz) tube Hy-Vee pizza crust | ||
12 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepperoni, chopped | ||
¾ c. chopped fresh broccoli florets | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll pizza crust dough and cut into 12 sections. Shape each section into round crusts, flattening slightly, and place on baking pan. Top crusts with pepperoni, broccoli and cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden.
